| Capacity Building & Livelihoods Initiatives |
|
Along with the financial services, Subhalaxmi always gives prime importance on building up the capacities of its members for their Livelihood promotion. Microenterprise promotion and its strengthening is the strategy adopted by the cooperative under its livelihood initiatives. Identification of potential livelihood options, developing of its business plan, market linkages and capacity buildings of the members on selected enterprises are some of the step wise action taken by the cooperative.
Subhalaxmi had categorized its livelihood programs into two major categories i.e. farm based livelihoods and nonfarm based livelihoods.
For capacity building of its members Subhalaxmi receives technical guidance from different Government department and private agencies. So far the cooperative has established effective partnership with following agencies:
