| Software Based MIS |
|
Since the beginning the entire portfolio of Subhalaxmi cooperative is being tracked through software based MIS System which is resulting to more accuracy and updated data base of the cooperative. The transactions of the cooperative are regularly entered in the software which is generating different reports as per the requirement. Required forms, formats and documents are in place such as member pass book, money receipts, loan documents etc.
In the last year the cooperative introduced computerized pass book to its members which are getting updated on a regular basis. The cooperative has issued both loan and savings passbook to its members.
Though all the parameters are inbuilt in the software but sometimes it needs customization as per the program requirements. Required customizations are being made by the team in consultation with the software expert.
